ABOUT ME
My name is Christine. I am a Port Orange, Florida resident. I am originally from Queens, NY. I attended Adelphi University where I received a BA in education. After moving to Florida with my husband and having 3 children, I had a career change. I have been a wellness coach specializing in weight loss and management aka weight health for 11 years with a large corporation. I have lost and gained weight over and over again in my life. The struggles I faced with losing 50 pounds twice and finally 70 pounds once has led me to where I am today. After losing weight and learning the best way to keep it off, I found my passion and calling to help others who have experienced weight struggles as well. I began my wellness coaching career. I recently decided to get my health and wellness coaching certification and venture to do even more with my coaching to help my clients on a more personal level. I find such gratitude in the relationships that have formed with each and every client.

As a certified health and wellness coach, it is my mission to assist my clients to achieve and succeed at sustainable weight loss and maintenance. Adopting a balanced, holistic approach with cultivating habits that will transform their life using personalized coaching and evidence-based strategies. Combining nutritional and fitness guidance with behavioral techniques, support and true accountability my coaching services offer one on one and group support that will lead clients to find results. I am a hands-on coach who celebrates the wins and non-scale victories as well as weight loss, reaching milestones and crushing goals with each of my clients. I believe in the power of accountability without judgement or shame. I believe in the magic that support from a community of like-minded individuals can offer. I believe that personal coaching along with group offerings makes a difference. That’s where the name of my health coaching practice stems from, Creating Wellness Together. Art Therapy and Health Coaching Combo
A guided creative experience that uses painting, drawing and other forms of expression to explore emotions, release stress, process trauma or grief, and build resilience. NO ART SKILLS REQUIRED- the focus is on the process, not the product.
